Massage

Every massage session is unique and catered to your needs. I provide a heated table and have hot packs that I apply during your treatment to help relax your muscles. I use a combination of gels and lotions. This is your time, you get to choose how you would like the session, from Swedish to Deep Tissue or muscle specific, it's up to you. Pregnancy massage available also in a side-lying position to help expectant mothers relax.

30 minutes/$45

This time frame is great for one specific issue that needs special attention.

60 minutes/$80

The standard for most. An hour is a great way to work on any issues you may have while not feeling too rushed.

90 minutes/$120

More time to focus on specific issues while receiving a full, relaxing massage.

Pamper Package/$115

45 minute massage and Renewal facial (or) an AHA facial peel and 30 minute massage. $15 savings

Foot Treatment/$35

20 minutes of pampering just for the feet. Includes a foot scrub with warm towels and a lower leg and foot massage.
